Classes

We are open and welcoming existing and new students! 

All instructors are following the CDC guidelines

Monday - Kata
Tuesday - General Class

6:00pm - 7:00pm:  This class is open to students from 12 years old and up. Learn different types of kata under the instruction of Chris Gonzales, a black belt in Judo, Akido, and jiu-jitsu.  

Wednesday - Advanced Class

6:00pm - 7:00pm:  This class is open to all students. After an all class warm-up, the class is divided up by age and ability where we work on technique, and practice fighting.

7:00pm - 8:00pm:  The 2nd class intensifies both the workout and instruction. We typically take a technique and break it down and teach several variations. 

 

5:00pm - 6:00pm: Self-defense class for women

6:00pm - 7:00pm: The Wednesday class is for non-beginner students. Warm-up tempo is increased with more emphasis placed on uchikomi (fit ins), negekomi (throwing techniques), and randori (sparring).

7:00pm - 8:00pm: Advanced class, a continuation for the 6pm - 7pm class - join for both hours, or pick one.

Friday - General Class
Saturday - General Class

10:30am - 12:00pm: This class is open to all students.
